The « Flute Spirit» exhibition of the 2016 Convention will highlight crafts, hand-made products and the direct relationship of the human hand with raw material.
Nowadays, we are all going back to simpler and purer things, as it used to be done before. Before what, do you ask? Perhaps before the current era, maybe too focused on production and profit.
During these 4 days, you will be able to mingle with the best flute and headjoint makers in the world, discover high quality handmade accessories, sheet music re-engraved with great care, as well as new collections of composers and flutists that had never been published before...
All of this, of course, centered around the French craftsmanship, which will be, I assure you, at the heart of the exhibition.
Mini-concerts and many other surprises await you, and we look forward to seeing your smiles as you discover the exhibition on the 2nd floor of the beautiful Conservatory Maurice-Ravel in Levallois !
